In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied you can return your purchases (excluding international customers) for store credit to us in their original condition.
As we are a very small company, returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. You may exchange an item, if there is something else in stock you wish for. Exchanges are not subject to a re-stocking fee. We don't offer cash refunds at this time nor do we accept returns or exchanges for items on sale or promotion. Kindly note that items purchased on sale are final sale
To return or exchange an item:
Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be eligible for store credit and may be sent back to you, at your expense.
How to return an item:
Once the form is complete, select “Make Return Merchandise Authorisation slip” and a request for a return will be issued. The request appears as “Waiting for confirmation” in your “Return Merchandise Authorization” page, which is accessible from your account page. You will be kept in the loop on the status of your return throughout the process, as well as instructions on how to return the items to us.
Kindly note, for the time being we are unable to offer free shipping for items being returned. Returning of purchases will be at your own expense, until further notice.
